Sein beruflicher Werdegang f\u00fchrte ihn von der medizinisch-sozialen und sozialen Arbeit in verschiedenen Sektoren zum Minist\u00e8re de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 sociale (und dann Minist\u00e8re de la Famille), um anschlie\u00dfend F\u00fchrungspositionen im Behindertenbereich zu \u00fcbernehmen. Im Alter von 58 Jahren entschied er sich, in den praktischen Bereich zur\u00fcckzukehren.<\/p>\n<p>Er ist Gr\u00fcndungsmitglied und Vorstandsvorsitzender der Association Luxembourgeoise d\u2019Aide aux Enfants Cardiaques asbl (ALAEC). Die Hauptziele des Vereins sind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Initiativen f\u00f6rdern, die auf das Wohlergehen von Kindern im Krankenhaus und ihren Angeh\u00f6rigen abzielen, und sie gegebenenfalls unterst\u00fctzen;<\/li>\n<li>Verbindungen aufbauen: F\u00f6rdern von gegenseitiger Hilfe und Solidarit\u00e4t;<\/li>\n<li>Sensibilisierung der \u00d6ffentlichkeit und politischer Entscheidungstr\u00e4ger, Verteidigung der Interessen der Betroffenen und Zusammenarbeit mit Beh\u00f6rden sowie nationalen und internationalen Verb\u00e4nden;<\/li>\n<li>Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr Kosten und Behandlung und andere (Krankenhausaufenthalt, Reisen, &#8230;) im Zusammenhang mit Herzerkrankungen;<\/li>\n<li>Finanzielle Unterst\u00fctzung f\u00fcr die wissenschaftliche Forschung auf dem Gebiet der angeborenen und erworbenen Herzkrankheit und ihrer Behandlung;<\/li>\n<li>Zuh\u00f6ren, unterst\u00fctzen, sozial, moralisch, psychologisch begleiten;<\/li>\n<li>Unterst\u00fctzung bei administrativen, finanziellen und institutionellen Fragen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Michel m\u00f6chte seine Erfahrung in der Sozialarbeit und im Sozialbereich sowie das Gewicht seiner Vereinigung in den Verwaltungsrat von ALAN einbringen, um zu den Aktivit\u00e4ten und zur Entwicklung von ALAN im Interesse der Menschen mit einer seltenen Erkrankung beizutragen.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;35px&#8221;]\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row content_width=&#8221;grid&#8221;
