Event Details

The courses led by Dunja Grunow are based on a combination of yoga postures, gentle gymnastics exercises and relaxation techniques. They will allow you to let go of your stress and worries for a moment and completely relax in a protected and therapeutic environment.

  • Every Monday from 18:30 to 19:30 online (breathing and relaxation exercises)
  • Every Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:30 online and at Mamerhaff (14, rue Henri Kirpach, L-8237 Mamer)  (relaxation exercises, yoga poses, gentle gymnastics exercises)
