Supervised by specialised physical therapists, our aquatic activities allow you to enjoy the water while improving your overall fitness and well-being.
- Aqua gymnastics: This course can help you improve your endurance in a manner that is gentle on the joints
- Swimming: Participants who are autonomous can swim in a protected and safe environment in the large pool
- Water activities for children: In the warm pool we do muscle-relaxing exercises and little games
